Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unaltered from its original state.

• In its original packaging with all manufacturer tags and labels attached.

• Entirely free from any signs of wear, usage, cosmetic stains, smoke odors, or pet dander.

Note: Final sale or clearance items, gift cards, digital vouchers, and customized, engraved, or personalized products are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Because ToeToyz LLC operates utilizing a decentralized, multi-facility fulfillment network to optimize our shipping, please do not send return packages to the origin address listed on your shipping box. Returns sent without an authorized label will not be accepted or processed.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email our Corporate Care Team at info@toetoyz.com with your Order Number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.

2. Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label with the correct return center destination within 24–48 business hours.

3. Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, affix the provided prepaid shipping label over the original barcode, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.

Return Shipping Fees & Refunds

The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your final refund total. Upon arrival at our distribution center, returns undergo a standard inspection process (typically taking 3–5 business days). Once approved, we will notify you via email and your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To ensure product availability and minimize processing delays, ToeToyz LLC processes exchanges via a return-and-reorder model. The most efficient way to secure an alternative size, color, or style is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, independently place a new order for the desired item at your earliest convenience. Because we pay for exchange shipping only, the standard return shipping label fee will be waived or credited once your replacement order is confirmed.
